As an Interior Specifier, you
will be responsible for preparing and developing detailed interior project
specifications and working with engineers, suppliers, operations personnel,
manuals, and other materials to develop project specifications.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Interprets interior visualizations and engineering drawings to prepare material lists, specifications, and FF&E.
- Writes, edits and coordinates interior specifications, and technical descriptions which specify material qualities and properties, utilizing knowledge of material standards, industrial processes, and manufacturing procedures.
- Searches for methods, materials, and systems to maintain a technical resources library.
- May draw rough sketches or arrange for finished drawings or photographs to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequences.
- Request pricing from suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the architectural & interior profession.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel – Word).
- REVIT and CAD software knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Perfect communication skills
Work Environment:
• Working hours: 8:00 to17:00
• Days off: Friday & Saturday
• Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
