We are currently seeking to hire an IT Help Desk to join our office team in Cairo. Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:
•Help users resolve issues or questions with proprietary software and related hardware.
•Responds to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with equipment and applications, and helps resolve these issues.
•Work closely with other colleagues to provide assistance on tasks that are outside the scope of their knowledge or expertise.
•Serve as the first point of contact for employees and architecture engineers seeking IT technical assistance over the phone or email and follow-up until closing the case.
•Provide IT technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and Local Area Networks (LAN),
•Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, printers, scanners, peripherals, etc.. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
•Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
•Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
•Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
•1-3 years of IT Helpdesk experience
•Very good English is a Must
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including configuration and troubleshooting
•Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
•CompTIA A+/ Microsoft IT Support a Must
•Basic networking principles
•CCNA, MCSA is a plus
•Other hardware experience a plus
•Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00
•Days off: Friday & Saturday
•Location: New Cairo
