Landscape Architecture Team Leader

We are currently seeking to hire a Landscape Architecture Team Leader in our Cairo division.

Responsibilities:

A – Technical:

·         Lead and manage the design process within the landscape team. In addition to coordinating the design process with the architecture team, and the master planning team.

·         Work closely with landscape design team to develop the design from concept stage to schematic, detail design development, tender stages and construction drawings for the allocated project(s).

·       Have a good understanding to effectively develop the project details in CAD / Revit programs for detailed design works and the technical drawings.

·       Follow the landscape architecture working process with other disciplines, e.g., Architects, MEP. Master Planning, MEP, Roads, etc.

·       Good knowledge about technical references, related codes, and international standards.

·         Good knowledge about planting, hardscape material, suppliers and market availability in local market or Gulf countries

·         Good Knowledge about BOQ, specifications, and cost estimates.

·         Good knowledge about using BIM related technologies (REVIT) in Landscape Architecture is a plus.

B – Management:

·       Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects.

·          handle the team’s workload through close coordination with project management team.

·         Enhance Mimar’s CAD standards and Land FX data base.

                  ·         Work with BIM Unit to apply Mimar’s BIM transformation strategy.


Qualifications:

·         10+ years of extensive experience in landscape architecture with consultant background is required.

·         Excellent command of English Language

Work Environment:

·       Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

·       Days off: Friday and Saturday

·       Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
