As a QS engineer, you will be responsible for Quantity Surveying B.O.Q items. Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in Quantity Surveys of all MEP works using REVIT and CAD. Worked on big projects with different application and different MEP system types like and not limited to: air cold chilled water system, district cooling system, split ducted system , VRF ac system ,solar central heating system, electrical PV panels system ,electrical vehicle charge, etc.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in Tendering Department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CAD and REVIT is a must.
• Deep knowledge of the CSI and Principle of measurements (POMI).
• Knowledge of new products and materials application methods.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in Gulf Area projects is preferable.
Work Environment:
• Working hours: 8:00 to17:30
• Days off: Friday & Saturday
• Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
