Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department leads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage interview scheduling.

Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and report on recruiting metrics to ensure data-driven hiring decisions.

Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.
