Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain and report on recruiting metrics to ensure data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.

  • Passion for people and building diverse, inclusive teams.
